This restaurant was next to樂山 (I’ll introduce it
next time!), but it was a little bit expensive and doesn’t have a lot of seats.
The meal I ordered was spaghetti with meat sauce. I ordered a roasted pudding as
my dessert, and a cup of black tea. Its spaghetti was ordinary but its pudding
was amazing! Other people who also ordered this get a normal one. However, I
think I get an over roasted oneXD! Its coat was a little bit too hard and it
tasted like bread! But it was still good to eat and the drink was also great.
It is a good shop, I think I’ll go there another time! By the way, I was so hungry that I forget to take photos of the food:P.

里克
Most
of students know there’s a kind of reunion called 家聚. At the beginning of the semester, a group of our upper classmates
decided which 家 we went. What’s more, it is a tradition
that we hold reunions every three or four months. And this Tuesday we had our
second reunion at 里克, a restaurant that offers Italian and German food.

明池豆花
This time I’m going to introduce you a place to eat delicious
dessert! After having meals, it is always a good choice to eat something cold
and sweet:).On the left side of the main entrance of the school, there is a small shop next
to the restaurant 小公寓, which I had written about in my previous posts. The most famous one is its tofu pudding(豆花) series. I love its tofu pudding with pearl and red beans especially!
Look at the picture! Its tofu pudding is smooth and big-sized! Whenever I ate
it up, I felt that my stomach cannot contain any food anymore!
It is common for NCCU’s student to have “a late night snack” at
about ten o’clock. It’s a special culture to foreigners because they seldom go
out to eat so late except for going to night club or lounge bar. However, to
freshman like us, it is necessary to have a late night snack when we are hungry
or need to have a place to chat. And明池豆花 is always a good
place to go! If you have never go to visit it before, bring your friends there
and try its tofu pudding! I am sure that you will have a good time there.

金鰭
Hey, guys! This
time I am going to introduce you a Japanese restaurant which called 金鰭. When you walk out of the school, turn
right and then keep going until you pass a police station, and you can find it and
can see its giant sign above the shop.
The shop offer sashimi, fried udon
noodles(炒烏龍麵), sushi, miso soup and so on. What’s more, they even have special meals
called 政男蓋飯 and 政妹蓋飯 ! I don’t know whether they name the meal so specially because they are
located near NCCU or not. I felt astonished when I first saw it on the menu (though
this was my first time to visit there:P!), and I just ordered it right away. At
the same time, I asked the clerk what kind of meal was it like. She told me
that 政男蓋飯 was meal with sashimi, and 政妹蓋飯 was with roasted sashimi on it! The following pictures are meals my friends ordered, but I didn't take mine because I ate it so fast and forgot to take a photo of it :P. After I ate up the meal, it really satisfied me:)! This shop has so
many interesting and delicacy food that I haven’t try, wish I will come here soon
next time!

四川飯館
This time I am going to introduce you a place that can have a meal
with a lot of people. The restaurant is called 四川飯館, which
is next to McDonald and on the second floor. Most of the dishes there are spicy
and salty, so if you like food that stings your tongue then it is suitable for
you to visit and enjoy your time!
It is a table d'hote restaurant(合菜餐廳), it means that people can order about 5~7 dishes and share with
everyone else. What’s more, if you are student in NCCU then you can write down
which department are you in and thus you guys can have an extra bowl of soup
for free! However, it is always full of
students when it is during rush hour. Remember to rush there as soon as
possible after class or you might not have seats! If you want to have an economical meal, then this restaurant is definitely a good place to visit! (It
is about NT90~NT100 per person.)

湯饌
I went to 湯饌 last week
for two times, and it was also my first time to come to the restaurant. The
reason why I went there was that my upper classmate had recommended to me some
must-go restaurants, and湯饌 was one of them. The
meal they offer there is teppanyaki(鐵板燒) ,pots(鍋類), and donburi(丼飯). In addition,
they also have free bowls of rice and drinks. If you are really hungry that
day, 湯饌 is a very suitable place to enjoy your time!
The
meal I ordered that day was teppanyaki with pork and another one was my favorite drink, Honey
Pear Tea:P. Though it is delicious, its price is a little bit higher than
average when compares to buffet or other shops. What’s interesting, most of the
clerks there are students in NCCU, so it’s likely to see your classmate serving
customers. It’s a special experience, you can go to visit there and I’m sure it
can surprise you with their great meal and friendly service!

小公寓
I am going to introduce a restaurant near National Chengchi University for my first post. Last Thursday, I went to 小公寓, a restaurant which offers sandwiches, pancakes, drinks and so on. I went there with my English classmate, Lillian Lin, for lunch. This restaurant is one of the delicious places to eat near my school. When I first saw this shop, I was astonished because there were narrow stairs going up to second floor. After we went on to the second floor, there was full of people and no seat was available.
We waited about ten minute outside the door, and get two seats finally. We both ordered a meal, mine was a bowl of salad, and Lillian’s was a piece of pizza! Otherwise, I ordered a cup of chocolate which had wonderful fresh cream on it. It is always my favorite drink forever and ever! In addition, the salad was great, too. It was a large one, and it has nuts, lettuces, some meat and so on. This restaurant can comfort me and it seems to make any annoying things get out of my mind. I think I will come to this restaurant another day!
